Abstract

FIELD: medical facilities; surgical tools applicable in laparoscopic operations for simultaneous application of ligatures, coagulation and dissection of organs and tissues. SUBSTANCE: device for laparoscopic dissection of organs and tissues has working jaws 1 and 2 interconnected by hinge 3, rod 4 hinged to jaw 1 and having handle 6 at its end which provides for opening and closing of jaws 1 and 2, movable knife made in form of blade 7 with cutting edge 8 whose ends are hinged to rockers 9 and 10 installed on jaw 2 for turning on axles 11 and 12, respectively, and forming parallelogram. Rocker 10 is connected by means of hinge with connecting rod 14 which is connected by means of hinge 15 with rod 16 having at its end handle 17 for knife moving. Longitudinally installed in pairs on jaws 1 and 2 are electrodes 18 and 19, respectively, electrically connected with connectors 20 and 21. Recesses 22 are made on edges of jaws 1 and 2 to receive loops 23 and fixing wires 24. Slots 25 are provided over edges of jaws to increase heat exchange. Device has handle 26. Коромысло 10 шарниром 13 соединено с шатуном 14, который шарниром 15 соединен со стержнем 16, имеющим на конце ручку 17 перемещения ножа. На губках 1 и 2 продольно установлены попарно электроды 18 и 19 соответственно, электрически соединенные с разъемами 20 и 21. По краям губок 1 и 2 выполнены пазы 22 под размещаемые в них петли 23 и фиксирующие тросики 24, по краям губок для увеличения теплообмена предусмотрены прорези 25. Устройство снабжено рукояткой 26. Along the edges of the jaws 1 and 2, grooves 22 are made for the loops 23 placed in them and fixing cables 24, slots are provided on the edges of the jaws to increase heat transfer 25. The device is equipped with a handle 26. The use of the device reduces the possibility of infection of the organ stump due to the simultaneous application of ligatures, coagulation and dissection.
