Method also includes additional osteotomy in shape of rectangle 5,6,7 located perpendicular and symmetrically relative to transverse osteotomy 9 for formation of nonfree bone autotransplant on supplying periosteal-muscle crus 8. In this case, demineralized bone autotransplants 10 are laid along bone fully overlapping the formed defect in form of rectangle, then they are slightly pressed by formed bone autotransplant on supplying periosteal-muscle crus. Изобретение относится е медицине, а именно к ортопедии и травматологии. Способ удлинения кости включает поперечную остеотомию, дистракцию отломков и использование диминерализованных костных аллотрансплантатов в форме полосок, перекрывающих зону удлинения кости. Задачей изобретения является повышение эффективности и сокращение сроков лечения, для чего осуществляют дополнительную остеотомию в форме прямоугольника 5,6,7, расположенного перпендикулярно и симметрично относительно поперечной остеотомии 9, для формирования несвободного костного аутотрансплантата на питающей надкостнично-мышечной ножке 8, при этом диминерализованные костные аллотрансплантаты 10 укладываются вдоль кости, полностью перекрывая созданный дефект в форме прямоугольника, затем слегка прижимаются сформированным костным аутотрансплантатом на питающей надкостнично-мышечной ножке.The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology.
