Abstract

FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: ring space of the fuel nozzle is in communication with the solenoid valve for supplying fuel and solenoid valve for supplying air. The valves are arranged at the top of the nozzle. There is an electronic system for control of the nozzle. Solenoid valve 4 supplies a batched amount of fuel to ring space 3 depending on duration of a pulse. On supplying a pulse to solenoid valve 5 for supplying air it opens and compressed air is supplied to ring space 3 entraining the fuel through spraying passageway 2 to the cylinder of an engine. In starting a time period during which the solenoid valve for supplying air is open is increased. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

The invention relates to engine and is intended to inject fuel into an internal combustion engine, mainly diesel. Distinctive features of the proposed fuel nozzle is that the annular cavity is connected to the electromagnetic fuel supply valve and the electromagnetic air supply valve located in the upper part of the nozzle. For the implementation of the optimal process of injection and fuel metering, an electronic nozzle control system is used. Depending on the duration of the pulse, the fuel solenoid valve 4 delivers a metered amount of fuel to the annular cavity 3. When a pulse is applied to the air supply solenoid valve 5, it opens, and compressed air is supplied to the annular cavity 3, dragging the fuel through the spray channel 2 into the engine cylinder. If the engine starts, the opening time of the air supply solenoid valve increases.
