Задачей изобретения является разработка конструкции аппарата, обеспечивающего равномерную передачу усилий компрессии или дистракции одновременно на передние и задние отделы позвонков. Аппарат содержит опоры, выполненные в виде пары жестко соединенных пластин с отверстиями и пазами, которые установлены в одной плоскости, фиксаторы позвонков, соединенные с каждой из пластин опоры и снабженные на рабочем конце опорной площадкой с отверстиями, в которых установлены шурупы с граненной головкой, при этом опоры соединены между собой резьбовыми направляющими.
