Information processing unit is equipped with frequency discriminator and differentiator connected in series. The second input of the differentiator is used as the second input of the information processing unit and connected to set-point device for admissible slowing down of the loaded lift bucket. Comparator output has electrical coupling to inventor-amplifier. Output of the inventor-amplifier is connected to the operating winding of the electric/pneumatic pressure regulator used to control pneumatic safety brake. EFFECT: increased accuracy, safety and wider application.

Для этого измеряют действительное замедление груженого подъемного сосуда, дифференцируя величину скорости его перемещения, задают допустимое замедление груженого сосуда, сравнивают их между собой и по их положительной разности уменьшают тормозное воздействие электропневматического предохранительного торможения, при этом устройство дополнительно снабжено соединенными последовательно вторым передатчиком акустических колебаний заданной частоты, вторым излучателем и вторым приемником, коммутатором с неподвижными контактами и подвижным якорем, а блок обработки информации снабжен последовательно соединенными частотным дискриминатором и дифференциатором, выход которого подключен к первому входу блока сравнения, второй вход которого служит вторым входом блока обработки информации и связан с задатчиком допустимого замедления груженого подъемного сосуда, а выход блока сравнения электрически связан с инвертором-усилителем, выход которого подключен к рабочей обмотке электропневматического регулятора давления, управляющего пневматическим предохранительным тормозом.The invention relates to mine and mine hoisting installations and can be used in automated control systems to protect against the incidence of a loaded lifting vessel on a traction rope in the event of safety braking of the lifting machine.
