Для упрощения конструкции и соответственно технологии изготовления с точки зрения снижения потребляемой мощности за счет исключения управляющего (или вытягивающего) электрода в известном катодолюминесцентном экране на базе матричного автоэлектронного острийного катода с эквипотенциальным анодом, покрытым соответствующим катодолюминофором, экран выполнен в диодном варианте, содержит пластины, на поверхности одной из них сформированы электрически изолированные анодные группы элементов, расположенные по столбцам (или строкам), на поверхности второй пластины расположены перпендикулярно анодным группы катодных электродов на базе острийных автокатодов, при этом расстояние X между верхней частью острия катода и внешней поверхностью люминофора ограничено установленными соотношениями.The invention relates to means for displaying information and can be used to create universal indicators designed to display any information: digital, text, symbolic, graphic.
