Abstract

FIELD: production of rigid polyurethane foams used in production of freezing technics, building and other fields. SUBSTANCE: aim is to simplify production process to manufacture rigid polyurethane foams. Aim is realized due to the fact, that polyurethane is produced using reaction of hydroxyl-bearing polyester with poly(phenylene)-poly(methylene) polyizocyanate in presence of catalyst, frothing agent and silicon-organic foam stabilizer. Catalytically active oligoether produced by neutralization of corresponding alkaline polymerizate of glacial acetic acid is used as hydroxyl-bearing polyester. EFFECT: simplified process of rigid polyurethane forms production.

Claims (1)

The invention relates to methods for producing rigid polyurethane foams used in the manufacture of refrigeration, construction and other fields. The aim of the invention is to simplify the production technology of obtaining rigid polyurethane foams. Polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting a hydroxyl-containing polyester with a poly- (phenylene) -poly (methylene) polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent, and an organosilicon foam stabilizer. Catalytically active oligoester obtained by neutralizing the corresponding alkaline polymerizate with glacial acid is used as a hydroxyl-containing polyester.
