Abstract

FIELD: borehole equipment used in oil production wells equipped, as a rule, with submersible pumps. SUBSTANCE: circulating check valve has body with upper and lower joining threadings. Body has cavity covered from above with separable lattice. Cavity communicates with outer space through side canal with vertical section. Body also has longitudinal canal communicated with the cavity. Seats are mounted in vertical section of side canal and in upper part of longitudinal canal. Seats are made in the form of conical bushes with cylindrical parts in lower sections. Ball valve is placed in cavity so, that it is capable to be on any seat and to move from one seat to another during change of liquid streams movement direction. During pumping set running-in at speed of 0.15 - 0.25 m/s ball valve being on seat in side canal just lifts a little to allow liquid from interpipe space to pass in lift string. As a version conical bushes are mounted at one level and fixed in canals using threading made on cylindrical parts of canals. Separable lattice has concave lower surface and radial bulges along periphery in ring-type drilling on body. To provide bulges passing during lattice setting in drilling threading there are vertical grooves. During lifting of equipment pump is isolated by ball valve. EFFECT: circulating check valve improves safe operation of oil wells running-in pump.

Сущность изобретения заключается в следующем: клапан содержит корпус с верхней и нижней присоединительными резьбами. В корпусе имеется полость, перекрытая сверху отбойной решеткой. Полость сообщена боковым каналом, имеющим вертикальный участок, с внешним пространством. В корпусе имеется также продольный канал, сообщенный с полостью. В вертикальном участке бокового канала и в верхней части продольного канала установлены седла в виде конических втулок, имеющих в нижних частях цилиндрические участки. В полости размещен шариковый клапан таким образом, что он может находиться на том или другом седле и при изменении направления движения потоков жидкости перемещаться с одного седла на другое. При спуске насосной компоновки со скоростью 0,15 oC 0,25 м/с шариковый клапан, находясь на седле в боковом канале, только приподнимается, пропуская жидкость из межтрубного пространства в колонну подъемных труб. Конические втулки могут быть установлены на одном уровне и закреплены в каналах посредством резьбы, выполненной на цилиндрических участках и соответственно на ответных участках каналов. Отбойная решетка имеет вогнутую нижнюю поверхность и радиальные выступы по периферии для центрирования в кольцевой расточке корпуса. Для обеспечения прохождения выступов при установке решетки в расточку в резьбе предусмотрены вертикальные пазы. При подъеме компоновки насос изолируется шариковым клапаном.

In the vertical section of the lateral channel and in the upper part of the longitudinal channel, saddles are installed in the form of conical bushings having cylindrical sections in the lower parts. A ball valve is placed in the cavity in such a way that it can be located on one or another saddle and, when the direction of the fluid flows changes, move from one saddle to another. When lowering the pump assembly at a speed of 0.15 o C 0.25 m / s, the ball valve, being on the saddle in the side channel, only rises, passing fluid from the annulus into the column of lifting pipes. The tapered bushings can be installed at the same level and fixed in the channels by means of a thread made in the cylindrical sections and, accordingly, in the reciprocal sections of the channels. The fender lattice has a concave lower surface and peripheral radial protrusions for centering in the annular bore of the housing. To ensure the passage of the protrusions when installing the grille in the bore, vertical grooves are provided in the thread. When the assembly is lifted, the pump is isolated by a ball valve.
