Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: reagent for complex treatment of metallurgical melts consists of active components distributed by layers on base made of same material as refined melt. Composition of active components in each layer is selected with consideration of rise of reactivity of the component from the outer layer to inside of reagent. Reagent provides for optimal kinetic and thermodynamic conditions for refining of melt and modification of nonmetal inclusions formed. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Способ предназначен для комплексной обработки металлургических расплавов, состоящий из активных компонентов, распределенных послойно на основе, выполненной из того же материала, что и рафинируемый расплав, при этом состав активных компонентов в каждом слое выбран с учетом возрастания реакционной способности компонента от наружного слоя внутрь реагента.
