Abstract

FIELD: nuclear power engineering; nuclear power plants with water-cooled tank reactors. SUBSTANCE: nuclear power plant has vessel 2 of reactor 1 and primary-circuit equipment cases 5, 8 connected to it through power connections 4, 7 accommodating heat exchangers 6 of primary-secondary circuits and/or circulating pumps 9 of primary circuit, or blocks of cases of heat exchangers and water chambers of pumps. Each power connector of plant houses shell or bush fitted there in a minimum space relation: vessel 2 and cases 5 and 8 of primary circuit equipment being connected are provided with stops that limit their displacement relative to vessel 2 of reactor 1 in case of burst of connections 4, 7, 10, 11, and 12. To facilitated installation of shells into respective connections, shells have bulges near-case-to-connections joints of primary-circuit equipment made in the form of sealing rings so as to avoid mechanical treatment of shell outer surfaces before installation. In addition, one of shell ends has flange engageable with side wall of one of joined cases of primary-circuit equipment without end play. EFFECT: reduced primary coolant leakage in case of emergency bursts of circulating connections of cases of primary-circuit equipment. 1 dwg

.. Изобретение относится к области атомной техники и может быть использовано в ядерных энергетических установках (ЯЭУ) с корпусными ядерными реакторами, охлаждаемыми водой. ЯЭУ содержит корпус 2 ядерного реактора 1 и присоединенные к нему через силовые патрубки 4 и 7 корпуса 5 и 8 оборудования первого контура, включающие теплообменники 6 первого-второго контуров и/или циркуляционные насосы 9 первого контура или блоки корпусов теплообменников и гидрокамер насосов. Внутри каждого силового патрубка ЯЭУ с минимально возможным зазором относительно его установлена обечайка (или втулка), а корпуса 2, 5 и 8 соединяемого оборудования первого контура снабжены упорами, ограничивающими их перемещения относительно корпуса 2 ядерного реактора 1 при разрыве патрубков 4, 7, 10, 11 и 12. При этом с целью упрощения установки обечаек внутрь соответствующих патрубков в зонах крепления патрубков к корпусам соединяемого оборудования первого контура обечайки снабжены утолщениями, которые с целью исключения необходимости механической обработки наружной поверхности обечаек перед их монтажом, могут быть выполнены в виде уплотнительных колец. Кроме того, один из концов обечайки снабжен утолщением - фланцем, выполненным взаимодействующим с боковой стенкой одного из соединительных корпусов оборудования первого контура без торцевого зазора.
