Предлагаемое изобретение может найти применение, например, при комплексной подготовке нефти в промысловых условиях и на нефтеперерабатывающих предприятиях. Цель: интенсификация процесса разрушения эмульсии типа вода в масле за счет более равномерного воздействия электрического поля на эмульсию и устранения короткого замыкания. Это достигается тем, что в устройстве для разрушения эмульсии типа вода в масле, включающем корпус с входным и выходным патрубками, с коаксиальными внешним и внутренним электродами, устройство снабжено смесителем для смешения жидких фаз, составляющих поток, расположенным на входном патрубке, а также снабжено перфорированной гидрофобной диэлектрической перегородкой, расположенной между внешним и внутренним электродами, параметры каналов в которой выбраны из условия формирования в них потока с электрическими свойствами, когда электрический пробой через поток в каналах не возможен. Применение предлагаемого устройства, например, в нефтяной промышленности, позволит значительно интенсифицировать процесс разрушения водонефтяных эмульсий типа вода в масле за счет более равномерного воздействия электрического поля на эмульсию и устранения короткого замыкания.The present invention may find application, for example, in the integrated preparation of oil in field conditions and in oil refineries.
