Abstract

FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: lignosulfonate composition proposed is distinguished from known compositions by small toxicity of modifiers and their little content (up to 7-8%) which is achieved because of including into composition hexamethylenetetramine and urea. Limits of component ratios chosen provide high level of the composition structure formation that improves rheological and filtration characteristics of composition. In contrast to known lignosulfate compositions, that of invention contains no ballast constituents such as sodium sulfate which worsen composition properties. EFFECT: improved performance.

Предлагаемый лигносульфонатный состав характеризуется малой токсичностью модификаторов, не загрязняющих окружающую среду, и малым содержанием модификаторов (до 7 oC 8%), что достигается за счет использования в составе гексаметилентетрамина и мочевины. Выбранные пределы по соотношению компонентов обеспечивают высокий уровень структурообразования состава, что улучшает его реологические и фильтрационные характеристики. Предлагаемый состав не содержит балластных веществ типа сернокислого натрия, которые ухудшают свойства композиций.
