Abstract

FIELD: locking device for freight containers, railway cars and like equipment. SUBSTANCE: seal-bar has body and rod inserted into body hole. Rod has head and cylindrical portions, annular groove, conical sharpened portion and stop member, with all parts of rod conjugated one with another along its length. Stop member has springy sleeve with annular projections in its end parts. One inner annular projection is engageable with annular groove of rod and other outer annular projection is engageable with annular bore made in seal-bar body. Sleeve is provided with longitudinal slots, at least three on each side, and adapted to impart springiness to sleeve. Slots on one side are positioned in space between slots on other side of sleeve. Variants of seal-bars may be of rod and cable-type, or may be provided with U-shaped shackle. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in preventing access to loads in containers, simplified preliminary assembly process.

Цель изобретения - повышение надежности пломбы-запора, улучшение эксплуатационных качеств и облегчение процесса предварительной сборки. Пломба-запор состоит из корпуса, стержня, введенного в отверстие корпуса и состоящего из сопряженных по длине поперечно расположенных головки, цилиндрического участка, кольцевой канавки, конического острия и стопорного элемента, выполненного в виде пружинной втулки, имеющей кольцевые выступы в своих торцевых частях, причем один выступ - внутренний, взаимодействующий с кольцевой канавкой стержня, а второй кольцевой выступ- наружный, взаимодействующий с кольцевой проточкой корпуса. Кроме того, втулка для придания ей пружинных свойств выполнена с продольными пазами с обеих сторон. Количество пазов с каждой стороны не менее 3 шт. Длина пазов не менее половины длины втулки, и пазы с одной стороны втулки нарезаны в межпазовом пространстве пазов, нарезанных с другой стороны. Предложены различные варианты изготовления пломб-запоров со стопорным элементом в виде пружинной втулки, в том числе: стержневые пломбы- запоры, тросовые, пломбы-запоры с U-образной дужкой и другие. In addition, the sleeve to give it spring properties is made with longitudinal grooves on both sides. The number of grooves on each side is at least 3 pcs. The length of the grooves is at least half the length of the sleeve, and the grooves on one side of the sleeve are cut into the inter-slot space of the grooves cut on the other side. Various options for the manufacture of seals-locks with a locking element in the form of a spring sleeve, including: rod seals-locks, cable, seals-locks with a U-shaped handle and others. Seals-locks can be used to ensure the safety of goods transported by any type of transport: rail, sea, road and air.
