Abstract

FIELD: railway transport; checking vehicle weight in motion. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is essentially section of rail with resistance strain gauges connected into measuring circuit installed at opposite sides of rail web. Two holes with bridge in between are made in rail web at one level above rail neutral axis. Width of bridge is commensurable with thickness of rail web. Resistance strain gauges are installed on bridge. Bridge is zone of maximum localized stresses and lies within the limits where epure of compressing stresses is linear. This provides accuracy of measurement within 120-140 kgf per wheel which corresponds to one percent. EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement.

Для повышения точности измерения предложено устройство, которое представляет собой участок рельса с установленными на противоположных сторонах шейки рельса тензорезисторами, соединенными в измерительную схему. В шейке рельса на одном уровне над нейтральной осью рельса выполнены два отверстия, образуя между собой перемычку. Ширина перемычки соизмерима с толщиной шейки рельса. Тензодатчики установлены на перемычке. Перемычка является зоной максимальных местных локализованных напряжений и находится в пределах, где эпюра сжимающих напряжений имеет линейный характер. Это обеспечивает точность измерения в пределах 120 - 140 кгс на колесо, что соответствует одному проценту.To improve the accuracy of measurement, a device is proposed, which is a section of a rail with strain gauges mounted on opposite sides of the neck of the rail connected to a measuring circuit.
