Abstract

Сердечник 10, выполненный из легкого тепло- и/или звукоизоляционного материала, окружен со всех сторон литой твердеющей смесью. Для повышения звукоизоляции панели по ее периметру образован приблизительно в центре узких граней канал 30, 32 который разделяет твердеющую смесь и образует две конструктивные оболочки 22а, 22в. Устройство для изготовления прямоугольных строительных панелей 16 состоит из опалубочного каркаса, размещенного по узким граням панели, выполненного из профильных элементов и состоящего из двух коротких элементов, прикрепленных к одному длинному элементу с возможностью поворота, а к другому длинному элементу - разъемно. Строительная панель 16 обладает значительными преимуществами, особенно в отношении веса, тепло- и/или звукоизоляционных свойств и ограничения развития трещин.

Claims (1)

  1. Сердечник 10, выполненный из легкого тепло- и/или звукоизоляционного материала, окружен со всех сторон литой твердеющей смесью. Для повышения звукоизоляции панели по ее периметру образован приблизительно в центре узких граней канал 30, 32 который разделяет твердеющую смесь и образует две конструктивные оболочки 22а, 22в. Устройство для изготовления прямоугольных строительных панелей 16 состоит из опалубочного каркаса, размещенного по узким граням панели, выполненного из профильных элементов и состоящего из двух коротких элементов, прикрепленных к одному длинному элементу с возможностью поворота, а к другому длинному элементу - разъемно. Строительная панель 16 обладает значительными преимуществами, особенно в отношении веса, тепло- и/или звукоизоляционных свойств и ограничения развития трещин.
