Abstract

FIELD: drawing production, namely one of main stations of continuous drawing bench for making wire or other products, possibly from melt. SUBSTANCE: drawing bench includes housing 1 with guide 2, clamping car 3, drawing die 4 and apparatus for driving car in the form of crank drive whose crank being crank gear wheel 10 with radial groove 11 supporting shoe 12 having semiaxle 13 for need of connecting rod 9. Clamping car has central through duct for passing drawn blank. Around said central duct there are inclined relative to it converging passages having free output to inlet portion of central duct. Ball-type or roller-type clamping devices spring-loaded for convergence are arranged in said passages. Guide 2 may support two or more, preferably no less than four, clamping cars. At operation of drawing bench clamping cars by means of crank drive perform reciprocal motion along free portions of guide independently with phase shift one relative to another. At such motion clamping devices of said cars during working stroke alternatively clamp blank being drawn, however transferring it from one device to another for pulling it along axis in drawing direction. Amplitude of their reciprocation motion and therefore drawing process speed are controlled by motion of shoe 12 along radial groove and subsequent fixation of said shoe. В захватной каретке выполнен центральный сквозной канал 6 для пропуска волочильного профиля. Вокруг центрального канала выполнены наклонные под некоторым к нему углом сходящиеся каналы со свободным выходом во входную часть центрального канала, в которых размещены подпружиненные на схождение шариковые или роликовые захваты. На направляющей может быть установлено две или более, предпочтительно не менее четырех, захватные каретки. При работе стана захватные каретки за счет кривошипно-шатунных механизмов движутся по свободным участкам направляющей возвратно-поступательно независимо одна от другой, с некоторым фазовым сдвигом одна относительно другой друга при этом они своими захватами поочередно при рабочем ходе захватывают профиль, как бы передавая его одна другой, и протаскивают профиль вдоль оси и по направлению волочения.
