Aerodynamic forces on concave surface of blade press flow to blade providing its uninterrupted passing. Resistance to flow is considerably lower than at flow with breakaway which takes place on convex side of blade. Length of path of no-breakaway flow is increased by bringing extremum of curvilinear axis to output edge of blade which increases efficiency both on main design type-size of axial flow fan and on fans with cut blades. EFFECT: increased mean efficiency of axial-flow fans.

Изобретение относится к области энергомашиностроения, в частности к конструкции осевого вентилятора и может быть использовано при проектировании вентиляторов различных типов. Цель изобретения - повышение среднего КПД. Набегающий поток обтекает выпуклую и вогнутую поверхности лопатки. При этом аэродинамические силы на вогнутой поверхности лопатки прижимают поток к последней и обеспечивают безотрывное течение. Сопротивление течению потока при этом существенно ниже, чем при течении с отрывом потока, которое происходит на выпуклой стороне лопатки. Относя экстремум криволинейной оси к выходною кромке лопатки удлиняют длину пути безотрывного течения, что повышает КПД как на основном, расчетном типоразмере осевого вентилятора, так и на вентиляторах с подрезными лопатками.
