The working compartments accommodate cathodes 5 introduced through the longitudinal wall, and anodes 6 introduced through the electrolyzer bottom. The built-up cell is separated from the working compartments by partitions 7 with upper 8 and lower 9 overflow ports. The partition is made of modules 11 with groove 12 and lug 13 in the vertical faces. The upper module has groove 14. EFFECT: enhanced service life of electrolyzer, reduced effluents of chlorine to the servicing zone, improved environment in the shop, enhanced yield of chlorine.
