SUBSTANCE: rotary machine has housing with cylindrical bore and working medium inlet and outlet channels arranged in housing side cover, stator ring installed in rotating support coaxially with housing. Inner surface of stator ring is made in form of polyhedron coaxial with ring outer surface, with number of working faces equal to number of separating plates. Machine has rotor, installed eccentrically in housing in rotating support, with diametrically profiled slots accommodating rods both ends of which are rigidly connected with adjoining separating plates engaging with working edges of stator ring through contact surfaces made on peripheral sections and provided with possibility of radial displacement in rotor slots to form working chambers in stator ring. Each diametral slot in rotor has width exceeding thickness of separating plate. Grooves are made in both side walls along slot at periphery. Grooves are semi-circular in cross section. Sealing rods of the same shape made of antifriction material are fitted in grooves. EFFECT: improved manufacturability, reduced production coat of machine.

Это достигается тем, что в роторной машине, содержащей корпус с цилиндрической расточкой и размещенными в боковых крышках корпуса каналами подвода и отвода рабочей среды, соосно установленное в корпусе, в опоре вращения, статорное кольцо, внутренняя поверхность которого выполнена в виде соосного с его внешней поверхностью многогранника с числом рабочих граней, равным количеству разделительных пластин, эксцентрично установленный в корпусе, в опоре вращения, ротор с диаметральными профилированными пазами и размещенными в них стержнями, оба конца которых жестко соединены с прилегающими разделительными пластинами, касающимися рабочих граней статорного кольца контактными поверхностями, выполненными на периферийных участках и имеющими возможность радиального перемещения в пазах ротора и образования в статорном кольце рабочих камер, каждый диаметральный паз в роторе выполнен с шириной, превышающей толщину разделительной пластины, и в обеих его боковых стенках, с периферийной стороны, вдоль паза выполнены канавки, в поперечном сечении имеющие форму полукруга, в которые установлены уплотнительные стержни, имеющие ту же форму и изготовленные из антифрикционного материала.The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in pump and engine building.
