Abstract

Устройство и способ для отбеливания высококонсистентной лигноцеллюлозной массы с использованием озона, поступающего в составе озоносодержащего газа. Реакторное устройство для отбеливания представляет собой в целом сосуд цилиндрической формы 42А, 42В с вращающимся валом 48В, от которого в радиальном направлении отходят лопатки 52В или иные передающие элементы, размещенные таким образом, чтобы свести к минимуму диспергирование целлюлозной массы в осевом направлении и довести до максимума диспергирование целлюлозной массы в радиальном направлении, чтобы добиться протекания через реактор диспергированного в радиальном направлении потока целлюлозной массы в пробковом режиме в присутствии озона с целью получения по существу равномерно отбеленной целлюлозной массы. 1 ил.

Claims (1)

  1. Устройство и способ для отбеливания высококонсистентной лигноцеллюлозной массы с использованием озона, поступающего в составе озоносодержащего газа. Реакторное устройство для отбеливания представляет собой в целом сосуд цилиндрической формы 42А, 42В с вращающимся валом 48В, от которого в радиальном направлении отходят лопатки 52В или иные передающие элементы, размещенные таким образом, чтобы свести к минимуму диспергирование целлюлозной массы в осевом направлении и довести до максимума диспергирование целлюлозной массы в радиальном направлении, чтобы добиться протекания через реактор диспергированного в радиальном направлении потока целлюлозной массы в пробковом режиме в присутствии озона с целью получения по существу равномерно отбеленной целлюлозной массы. 1 ил.
