SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes process for preparing N,N'-bis (3- trialkylsilylpropyl) thiocarbamides and N,N'-bis (3- trilkoxylylpropyl) thiocarbamides -XSi(CH)NH/C=S wherein I X is CH, II X is OCH. These compounds are surface modifying agents, flotation agents, vulcanizers of halogen containing rubbers, biologically active agents are useful for preparation of sorbents of noble and heavy metals. The claimed process for preparing compounds I and II by reacting (3-aminopropyl)trialkyl and (3-aminopropyl) trialkoxysilanes with ammonium thiocyanates at 170-175 C and ratio of reagents of 2:1. Structure of compounds I and II is confirmed by elemental and PMR spectra. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.

Изобретение относится к кремнеорганической химии, а именно к способу получения N, N'-бис(3-триалкилсилилпропил)тиокарбамидов и N,N'-бис(3-триалкоксисилилпропил)тиокарбамидов (X3Si(CH2)3NH)2C=S, где I X-C2H5, II X-OC2H5. Эти соединения являются поверхностно-модифицирующими агентами, флотореагентами, вулканизаторами галогенсодержащих каучуков, биологически активными веществами, используются для получения сорбентов благородных и тяжелых металлов и др. Предлагается способ получения I, II взаимодействием (3-аминопропил)триалкил- и (3-аминопропил)-триалкоксисиланов с тиоцианатом аммония при температуре 170-175oC и соотношении реагентов 2:1.
