Proposed inhibitors can be used as reagents for hemostasis control and as pharmacological agents for thrombosis prevention, especially, at infectious and inflammatory diseases. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of inhibitors proposed.

Сущность изобретения: имидазолсодержащие соединения общей формулы, приведенной в описании, а именно метиловый эфир гистидина дихлоргидрат и лауроилгистамин как ингибиторы катепсин-G-индуцированной агрегации тромбоцитов. Предлагаемые ингибиторы могут найти применение в качестве реагентов для контроля гемостаза, а также фармакологических средств для предотвращения тромбообразования, особенно при инфекционных и воспалительных заболеваниях.The invention relates to the field of blood biochemistry, namely to low molecular weight synthetic thrombus inhibitors.
