Abstract

FIELD: welding of large-thickness parts in instrument making, radioelectronics, machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for welding by light beam includes ellipsoidal reflector; gas-discharge lamp arranged in focal point of reflector, additional laser irradiating source placed outside reflector. Reflector has insert in the form of ring with elliptical profile arranged in zone of projection of laser beam of laser irradiation source. Axis of laser beam crosses axis of reflector in zone of arc discharge of gas discharge lamp in such a way that crossing point coincides with nearest focus of insert. Upon using of gas lasers with wave length 10.6 micrometers inserts and laser are arranged between lamp socket and working focus of reflector. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg

Claims (1)

Использование: сварка изделий больших толщин в приборостроении, радиоэлектронной промышленности, в машиностроении. Сущность изобретения: устройство для сварки световым лучом содержит эллипсоидный отражатель, газоразрядную лампу, установленную в фокусе отражателя, дополнительный лазерный источник излучения, расположенный вне отражателя. В отражателе имеется вставка в виде кольца с эллиптическим профилем, расположенная в зоне проекции пучка лучей лазерного источника излучения. Ось пучка лазера пересекает ось отражателя в зоне дугового разряда лампы, при этом точка пересечения лучей совпадает с ближним фокусом вставки. При использовании газовых лазеров с длиной волны 10,6 мкм вставка и лазер располагаются между цоколем лампы и рабочим фокусом отаражателя.Usage: welding products of large thicknesses in instrumentation, the electronics industry, in mechanical engineering.
