Abstract

FIELD: production of road-building materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed is utilization of polishing wastes from metal-working enterprises. Blend for fabricating asphaltic concrete includes 7.5% of liquid bitumen, 77.5% of sand, 9-14% of mineral powder, and 6-1% of swarf. Application of such a blend in production of road-building materials reduces usage of mineral powder and lowers environmental damage due to utilization of swarf. EFFECT: increased compression strength and reduced water saturation and swelling of material.

Изобретение относится к технологии производства дорожно-строительных материалов и может быть использовано при утилизации отходов шлифования металлообрабатывающих предприятий. Предлагаемый состав смеси для изготовления асфальтобетона, включающей 7,5% жидкого битума, 77,5% песка, 9-14% минерального порошка, 6-1% шлифовального шлама, позволяет улучшить качество продукта - повышение прочности при сжатии, снижение водонасыщения и набухания. Реализация предлагаемой асфальтобетонной смеси в производстве дорожно-строительных материалов позволяет снизить расход минерального порошка, а также уменьшает экологический ущерб за счет утилизации шлама.The invention relates to a technology for the production of road-building materials and can be used in the disposal of grinding waste from metal processing enterprises.
