Abstract

FIELD: apparatuses of generation of gas during burning of solid chemical fuel, production of apparatuses, structure of which has charge of fuel based on azides and tetrazollates of alkaline and alkaline-earth metals used to inflate different means of survival, in fire-extinguishing devices in different branches of industry and in other devices, that use inert low-temperature gas. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical body with lid on one side and hole for gasses discharge shut by membrane - on other side, inside body located primer-igniter, igniter, monolithic charge of gas-permeable solid chemical fuel, gas-cooler-filter and supporting perforated lattice. Charge is located in body without clearance for processing. Igniter body is made of flexible material and is composed of made as a unit a cylinder for igniting composition, open end of which faces primer, and centering member. Cylindrical body of apparatus is made one-piece-drawn, lid is hermetically fixed to body, membrane is made in the form of thinning in one-piece-drawn body in area of hole foe gasses discharge. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к устройствам для генерирования газа при сгорании твердого химического топлива. Наиболее целесообразно использование данного изобретения при изготовлении устройств, имеющих в своей конструкции заряд топлива на основе азидов и тетразолятов щелочных и щелочно-земельных металлов, применяемых для наддува различных средств спасения, в противопожарных устройствах в разных отраслях промышленности, а также других устройствах, использующих инертный низкотемпературный газ. Устройство содержит цилиндрический корпус с крышкой с одной стороны и отверстием для выхода газов, закрытое мембраной, - с другой, размещенные внутри корпуса капсюль-воспламенитель, воспламенитель, монолитный заряд газопроницаемого твердого химического топлива, газоохладитель-фильтр и опорную перфорированную решетку. Заряд размещен в корпусе без технологического зазора, корпус воспламенителя выполнен из эластичного материала и состоит из выполненных заодно стакана для воспламенительного состава, открытым концом обращенного к капсюлю, и центрирующего элемента. Цилиндрический корпус устройства выполнен цельнотянутым, крышка герметично скреплена с корпусом, а мембрана выполнена в виде утонения в цельнотянутом корпусе в области отверстия для выхода газов. 1 с. п. ф - лы, 1 ил.The invention relates to a device for generating gas by burning solid chemical fuel.
