Transformant has multiple copies of gene and can produce nitrile hydratase at the enhanced expression level as compared with the usual microorganisms used. EFFECT: enhanced expression of enzyme.

Фрагмент ДНК, кодирующий нитрил-гидратазу, внедряют в вектор экспрессии и рекомбинантный вектор применяют для трансформации.
