Abstract

FIELD: textile industry; applicable in production of yarn. SUBSTANCE: method for supply of fibrous product to technological points of textile machines includes discretization of fibrous product before its supply to accumulators to form air-fiber flow with subsequent formation of fibrous sliver or roving for each technological point. The device for embodiment of the method has appliance for conveying fibrous product, mechanism for its distribution and accumulators of technological points. Distribution mechanism has discretizer with supplying cylinder, device for formation of fibrous product with inlet and outlet holes and sucking pneumatic system with traction actuator. Discretizer is secured to carriage installed for motion along the devices for formation of fibrous product and its stopping against inlet hole of each device of fibrous product formation located in front of accumulators of technological points. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Изобретение относится к текстильной промышленности и может быть использовано при получении пряжи. Технический результат предложенного решения - упрощение технологического подготовительного процесса при подаче волокнистого продукта к текстильной машине, а также расширение технологических возможностей за счет получения волокнистой ленты различных линейных плотностей и повышения качества вырабатываемой пряжи. Сущность изобретения: в способе подачи волокнистого продукта к технологическим местам текстильных машин перед подачей волокнистого продукта в накопители его подвергают дискретизации с образованием воздушно-волокнистого потока с последующим формированием из него волокнистой ленты или ровницы для каждого технологического места. В устройстве для осуществления данного способа, включающем приспособление для транспортировки волокнистого продукта, механизм его распределения и накопители технологических мест, механизм для распределения содержит дискретизатор с питающим цилиндром, средство для формирования волокнистого продукта с вводным и выводным отверстиями и отсасывающей пневмосистемой с побудителем тяги. При этом дискретизатор закреплен на каретке, установленной с возможностью перемещения вдоль ряда средства для формирования волокнистого продукта и ее останова против вводного отверстия каждого из средств формирования волокнистого продукта, расположенных перед накопителями технологических мест. At the same time, the discretizer is mounted on a carriage mounted to move along a row of means for forming a fibrous product and stopping it against the inlet of each of the means for forming a fibrous product located in front of storage devices of technological places.
