Abstract

FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: new design of a frame supporting levers in the device provides for supporting user's body mass only in auxiliary region both at walking and at a rest in the standing posture which, in turn, allows the user to dose the load on the vertebral column, for example, with the aid of a jacket. The device has supporting levers hinge-joined with one end to the support for the body in the axillary region, and with the other end, to the supporting platform for footwear, supporting belts, knee articulation fixing mechanism with a ratchet kinematically linked with a movable support; both levers are made for axial movement, and one of them is linked with the supporting platform, while the other is hinge-joined to a crutch. Specific feature of the knee articulation fixing mechanism is the provision of a ratchet. EFFECT: enhanced convenience in use.

Claims (1)

The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. In the device, the new design of the supporting arms of the frame allows you to hold the user's body weight only in the axillary region, both when walking and while standing, which in turn allows you to dose the load on the spine, for example, using a corset. The device contains support levers pivotally connected at one end with a support for the torso in the axillary region, and the other with a supporting platform for shoes, supporting belts, a locking mechanism for the knee joint with ratchet gear kinematically connected with the movable support, both levers being made with the possibility of axial movement and one of them is connected with the supporting platform, and the other is pivotally connected to the crutch. A distinctive feature of this device is the constructive implementation of the mechanism for fixing the knee joint with ratchet gear.
