Abstract

SUBSTANCE: pump has housing with inner cylindrical bore, inlet and outlet passages, separating plate, end plates, shaft fitted in bearings, sealing device and rotor fitted eccentrically on shaft. Mounted between eccentric shaft and rotor are additional bearings. Sealing device is made in form of flexible envelope whose one end is rigidly secured on rotor and other end is secured on end plate forming hermetic chamber, thus excluding escape of medium being handled into surrounding medium. EFFECT: enhanced anticorrosion resistance, reduction of wear of friction parts working in medium being handled and enhanced reliability of pump.

Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, а именно к насосостроению, компрессоростроению, вакуумной технике, и может быть использовано в нефтяной, газовой и других отраслях промышленности. Целью изобретения является повышение антикоррозионной стойкости и снижение износа трущихся деталей, работающих в перекачиваемой жидкости, и надежности работы насоса. Это достигается тем, что насос содержит корпус с внутренней цилиндрической расточкой, входным и выходным каналами, разделительную пластину, торцовые крышки, вал, установленный на подшипниках, уплотнительное устройство и эксцентрично расположенный на валу ротор. Вместе с тем между эксцентриковым валом и ротором установлены дополнительные подшипники, а уплотнительное устройство выполнено в виде эластичной оболочки, жестко закрепленной одним торцом на роторе, другим - на торцовой крышке, образуя герметичную камеру с полным исключением попадания перекачиваемой среды из насоса в окружающую среду.The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to pump engineering, compressor engineering, vacuum technology, and can be used in the oil, gas and other industries.
