Abstract

SUBSTANCE: in addition to measurement of the power mains phase voltage and voltage of the phase, to which a series capacitor is connected, relative to ground, the voltage between the neutral of the three-phase and ground is measured. A clear difference of this invention is the fact that it provides for determination of the resistive component of power mains phase insulation impedance relative to ground at a connection of a series capacitor to one of the mains phases on the basis of simultaneous single measurement of magnitudes of the following voltages: - phase voltage; - voltage of the phase, to which the series capacitor is connected, relative to ground; - voltage between the neutral of the three-phase and ground. EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
