Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at developing arrangement structure to cut off slag and plug taphole requiring diminished space into depth and allowing sprinkling of smelt to be reduced. Arrangement has supporting unit installed in bottom section near the taphole coupled with pneumatic system and provided with a drive consisting of at least one pneumatic cylinder. Arrangement has further a lever with its load-bearing end pivotally installed in supporting unit with drive from pneumatic cylinder. Free end of lever has a cap in the form of sprayer with air nozzle and provided with channel to transmit compressed air from pneumatic system through supporting unit into the cap nozzle. The lever is made as a hoop with its load-bearing end installed on pivot shaft in supporting unit located in the plane going through taphole channel axis in such a manner that the cap in its initial position were disposed next to the taphole and its nozzle channel were directed perpendicularly to the taphole channel and, when swiveled into working position, nozzle channel, coaxial with taphole channel, enters taphole opening. EFFECT: improved design.

Изобретение предназначено для отсекания шлака и закупорки летки металлургической печи, преимущественно в электропечах и конвертерах. Задачей изобретения является разработка конструкции устройства для отсекания шлака и закупорки летки, требующей уменьшенного пространства в глубину, позволяющей уменьшить разбрызгивание расплава. Устройство содержит опорный блок, установленный в донной части вблизи летки, соединенный с пневмосистемой и снабженный приводом в виде минимум одного пневмоцилиндра; рычаг, несущим концом поворотно с приводом от пневмоцилиндра установленный в опорном блоке, имеющий на свободном конце заглушку в виде форсунки с воздушным соплом и снабженный каналом для передачи сжатого воздуха от пневмосистемы через опорный блок в сопло заглушки. Рычаг выполнен в виде бугеля, несущим концом установленного в опорном блоке на оси поворота, находящейся в плоскости, проходящей по оси канала летки таким образом, что заглушка в исходном положении расположена рядом с леткой и имеет канал сопла, направленный перпендикулярно каналу летки, а при развороте в рабочее положение - канал сопла, соосный с каналом летки, и входит в отверстие летки.The invention is intended for cutting off slag and plugging a notch of a metallurgical furnace, mainly in electric furnaces and converters. The lever is made in the form of a yoke, bearing the end installed in the support block on the axis of rotation, located in a plane passing along the axis of the notch channel so that the plug in the initial position is located next to the notch and has a nozzle channel directed perpendicular to the notch channel, and when turning in the working position - the nozzle channel, coaxial with the channel of the notch, and enters the hole of the notch.
