Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology, microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivation of microorganisms on nutrient medium containing carbohydrate as carbon source, nitrogen sources and necessary mineral components followed by isolation of obtained biomass. Biomass producer is monoculture of yeast of genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Cultivation process is carried out on nutrient medium containing carbohydrates mixture (carbon source) taken from the group of hexoses and pentoses, mainly as a mixture of hydrolysis industry and alcohol production waste, for example, molasses and mash taken at ratio = (1:1)-(1:3). Biomass can be used for production of food addition and food proteins and for different nutrient media preparing. EFFECT: improved method of biomass preparing.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к области биотехнологии, точнее к микробиологической промышленности, и может быть использовано в производстве пищевых добавок и кормовых белков, а также при приготовлении питательных сред различного назначения. Задача изобретения - получение биомассы пищевых дрожжей-сахаромицетов путем их культивирования на отходах целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности, а также спиртового производства, основным углеродным компонентом которых являются пентозы. Поставленная задача решена предлагаемым способом получения биомассы микроорганизмов, включающим культивирование микроорганизмов на питательной среде, содержащей углеводы в качестве источника углерода, источники азота, а также функционально необходимые минеральные компоненты, с последующим выделением полученной биомассы, в которой в качестве продуцента используют монокультуры дрожжей рода Saccoharomyces cerevisial, а процесс культивирования проводят на питательной среде, содержащей в качестве источника углерода смесь углеводов, выбранных из группы гексов и пентоз, преимущественно смесь отходов гидролизной промышленности и спиртового производства, например мелассы и барды, взятых в соотношении от 1 : 1 до 1 : 3.The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, more specifically to the microbiological industry, and can be used in the manufacture of food additives and feed proteins, as well as in the preparation of nutrient media for various purposes. The problem is solved by the proposed method for producing biomass of microorganisms, including the cultivation of microorganisms on a nutrient medium containing carbohydrates as a carbon source, nitrogen sources, as well as functionally necessary mineral components, followed by isolation of the obtained biomass, in which monocultures of the genus Saccoharomyces cerevisial are used as producer and the cultivation process is carried out on a nutrient medium containing as a carbon source a mixture of carbohydrates selected from Rupp hexes and pentoses, preferably a mixture of industrial wastes hydrolysis and alcohol production, such as molasses and vinasse, in a ratio of from 1: 1 to 1: 3.
