Abstract

FIELD: laser welding. SUBSTANCE: all welding equipment is arranged inside pipeline to be welded. Used in welding complex is reactive motor. Blades of motor compressor provide quick delivery of air, thus cooling the heat exchanger brought out of limits of laser housing. Shaft of motor is also shaft of generator supplying electric energy for entire complex. Mounted on end of shaft is pumping device providing circulation of working medium in laser system. Complex can be advantageously used for welding pipeline in the field: tundra, desert, steppe and other sires. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.

Предлагается комплекс передвижной для непрерывной сварки трубопроводов. Комплекс может использоваться для лазерной сварки трубопроводов в полевых условиях (тундра, пустыня, степь). Отличительной особенностью данного комплекса является то, что все его оборудование располагается внутри свариваемого трубопровода, а также использование в составе оборудования реактивного двигателя, лопатки компрессора которого обеспечивают быстрый проток воздуха, и тем самым охлаждение вынесенного за пределы корпуса лазера теплообменника. Вал двигателя является валом генератора, производящего электроэнергию для всего комплекса. На конце вала расположено прокачное устройство, обеспечивающее прокачку рабочей смеси в контуре лазера.A mobile complex is proposed for continuous welding of pipelines.
