Unit for control of final-control unit is introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Additional input of final-control unit is connected to memory unit for storage of state of final-control unit, which input is connected to output of code comparison unit through delay gate. In addition device may have two-input comparison circuit and generator of shift pulses, as well as low-pass filter, level discriminator and light source. Device may be used for remote turning on and off and regulating light illuminating devices.
