Claims (1)

The lower part of the supply pipe 4 is exposed to high temperatures, which can cause corrosion and rupture, and therefore this part is made interchangeable. In addition, the pipe can be narrowed at the outlet in the form of a Venturi nozzle to increase the speed of the reagent. An annular channel is formed between the supply pipe and the inner electrode, into which plasma-forming gas can be supplied. Plasma-forming gas 13, passing through the pipe, will simultaneously cool it.
