However, in conventional products, there is a problem in that the combustible fluid and combustion-supporting gas in the passage are heated by the high temperature cooling water after the lance has been cooled, and as a result, the combustion state becomes unstable or incomplete.

In FIG. 1, which is a schematic partial longitudinal sectional view, a pipe-shaped lance 1 is equipped with a burner 2 at its tip. The burner 2 is provided with a plurality of powder spout ports 3 and a crater 4.
The powder ejected from the crater 4 is sprayed together with the flame ejected from the crater 4 toward the inner wall surface of the furnace (not shown). A powder pipe 5 for gas-transporting powder is connected to the inlet of the spout 3.
An outlet of a pipe 6 that supplies combustion-supporting gas (oxygen) is connected to the inlet of the crater 4, and an outlet of a pipe 7 that supplies flammable gas (for example, propane gas) is connected to the pipe 6 near the burner 2. Connected.

As shown, the outer circumferences of the pipes 6 and 7 are surrounded by a large-diameter pipe 8 over substantially the entire length, and a cooling water supply passage 10 is formed between the pipes 6 and 8 and between the pipes 7 and 8. The above-mentioned pipes 5, 6, 7, and 8 are provided in the outer cylinder 11 of the lance 1, and the space in the outer cylinder 11 other than the installation space of the pipes 5, 6, 7, and 8 becomes a cooling water discharge passage 12. ing.
As shown in FIG. 1, the supply passage 10 is located near the burner 2.
It communicates with the discharge passage 12 at the passage 10.
After cooling the burner 2, the low-temperature cooling water supplied from the
2 and flows toward the rear end of the lance. Although not shown, the pipes 5 to 8 are connected to external powder, combustion supporting gas, etc. at the rear end of the lance 1.
The passage 12 is connected to a flammable gas supply line and a cooling water supply line, respectively, and the passage 12 is also connected to a cooling water discharge line.

ができる。 According to the structure of the present invention explained above, the burner 2
While the powder is being thermally sprayed, the burner 2 and the outer cylinder 1 are cooled by the cooling water supplied from the passage 10 to the passage 12, and therefore the cooling water in the passage 12 becomes high temperature. However, there is a passage 1 around pipes 6 and 7.
Since a heat insulating layer is formed by the cooling water in the passage 12, the heat of the high temperature cooling water in the passage 12 is transferred to the pipes 6 and 7.
There are no (or very few) trowels passed down in Japan. Therefore, the combustion-supporting gas and combustible gas in the pipes 6 and 7 are kept at a low temperature, and flame in a desired and stable combustion state is ejected from the crater 4, making it possible to perform thermal spraying with high efficiency.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, an inner cylinder 15 is provided within the outer cylinder 1, and a cooling water discharge passage 12 having an annular cross section is formed between the outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 15. The inside of the inner cylinder 15 is hollow, and at a position away from the inner cylinder 15, a powder pipe 5, a combustion-supporting gas pipe 6, a combustible gas pipe 7, Cooling water supply pipes 8a are provided at intervals.
