Abstract

An electrode is immersed in the passage. Concrete slurry conduit is installed on the second electrode. Large section represents a chamber being formed. Conical openings are placed on external surface. There are three rows of the openings with three openings in each row. There is a lengthwise groove along all height of both sections located between the rows of the openings. Устройство относится к электрооборудованию для создания набивных свай малого диаметра и может быть использовано при реконструкции фундаментов, усилении массивов грунта в капитальном и военном мостостроении. Цель - создание устройства для возведения сваи малого диаметра. Разрядник для создания набивных свай содержит электроды, расположенные в формируемой камере. Формируемая камера состоит из малой и большой секций, при этом малая секция имеет фиксирующие кольца, верхнее из которых является одновременно и крышкой камеры, причем его грань скошена под углом 45 - 60o к горизонту, а между двумя смежными радиальными отверстиями расположен канал для утопленного в нем электрода, на втором же электроде смонтирован растворовод. Большая секция представляет собой собственно формируемую камеру, на внешней поверхности которой расположены конические отверстия по три в ряд, а ряд отверстий чередуется с продольным вырезом по всей высоте обеих секций. Устройство позволяет возводить сваи малого диаметра, инъецировать скважины, а также проводить реконструкцию или усиление фундаментов искусственных сооружений и промышленно- гражданского строительства в стесненных условиях. 1 з. п. ф-лы, 5 ил.The device relates to electrical equipment for creating printed piles of small diameter and can be used in the reconstruction of foundations, strengthening soil masses in capital and military bridge building.
