Abstract

FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing germination of grains of ecologically clean wheat or rye and drying by specific processes at predetermined temperature, humidity and germination time; grinding dried grains to obtain fraction size of 1.5-2 mm. Prior to usage, a portion of obtained product is moistened in triple amount of warm milk or boiled water having temperature not exceeding 35 C in glass or enameled utensil. Product is hold for 20-30 min for swelling and is ready for eating. EFFECT: increased efficiency by facilitating normalization of nervous state of human being, regulation of vitally important processes in organism, improved food and medicinal properties.

Изобретение относится к пищевым продуктам, в частности к продуктам из пророщенных зерен экологически чистых пшеницы или ржи. Предлагаемый целебный пищевой продукт "Ауксомин" приготовляется из пророщенных зерен экологически чистых пшеницы или ржи. Проращивание зерен и их сушку производят по особой технологии, выдерживая строго определенные режимы температуры, влажности, времени проращивания, а затем и сушки пророщенных зерен. Затем подсушенные (пророщенные) зерна размалывают до фракции размером не более 1,5 - 2 мм. Продукт может храниться до трех лет, не теряя присущие зерну целебные и питательные качества, при температурном режиме и влажности, полагающихся для хранения зерновых культур. Перед употреблением одну часть продукта замачивают тройным количеством теплого молока или кипяченой воды при температуре не выше 35°С в стеклянной или эмалированной посуде и после 20-30 минутного набухания продукт готов к употреблению. Предлагаемый целебный пищевой продукт "Ауксомин" способствует нормализации нервного статуса человека, регуляции и восстановлению жизненно важных процессов в организме, обладает существенными положительными и новыми признаками по сравнению с известными продуктами из пророщенного зерна пшеницы и ржи, рекомендован к применению в лечебных и профилактических целях согласно ТУ 484К А 001 93, введенным Омским центром стандартизации и метрологии 30.12.1993г. The proposed medicinal food product "Auxomin" helps to normalize the nervous status of a person, regulates and restores vital processes in the body, has significant positive and new signs compared to known products from germinated wheat and rye grains, and is recommended for use in therapeutic and prophylactic purposes according to TU 484K A 001 93, introduced by the Omsk Center for Standardization and Metrology 12/30/1993 (registration 078/001079).
