Abstract

FIELD: oil producing industry, particular, gathering and reparation of gas-water-oil emulsion on the well cluster and its transportation over large distances. SUBSTANCE: method for transportation of oil well products includes treatment of gas-water-oil emulsion with demulsifier prior to preliminary disposal of formation water on the well cluster and subsequent separation of it into component phases. During separation, the emulsion treated with demulsifier, prior to preliminary disposal of formation water, is mixed with thermal gas-saturated water from the water well. Introduction of thermal gas-saturated water reduces the rate of stabilization of gas-water-oil emulsion and promotes its intensive breaking. The offered method sharply decreases the corrosive activity of transferred substance, increases reliability of transmission pipelines, improves its ecological characteristics, reduces specific quantity of metal needed in embodiment of the method, and cuts down maintenance costs and decreases material and power consumption in the process of the subsequent preparation of stock-rank oil. EFFECT: provision of method for transportation of oil well products with enhanced reliability of its embodiment with reduced material and power consumption.

Изобретение относится к нефтедобывающей промышленности, в частности к сбору и подготовке на кусте скважин газоводонефтяной эмульсин и касается транспорта ее на большие расстояния. Задачей изобретения является создание способа транспортирования продукции нефтяных скважин с повышенными показателями надежности его осуществления при снижении материало- и энергоемкости. Поставленная задача решается предлагаемым способом транспортирования продукции нефтяных скважин, включающим обработку газоводонефтяной эмульсий деэмульгатором перед предварительным сбросом пластовой воды на кусте скважин и последующее разделение ее на фазы, в котором обработанную деэмульгатором эмульсию перед предварительным сбросом пластовой воды смешивают с термальной газонасыщенной водой из водозаборной скважины. Введение термальной газонасыщенной воды снижает скорость стабилизации газоводонефтяной эмульсии и способствует интенсивному ее разрушению. Этот способ резко снижает коррозионную активность перекачиваемой среды, позволяет повысить надежность транспортных трубопроводов, повышает экологические характеристики способа, снижает его металлоемкость и эксплуатационные расходы на его осуществление, а также снижает материало- и энергоемкость процесса последующей подготовки товарной нефти.The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the collection and preparation of a well-gas emulsion of oil and gas on a wellbore and its transport over long distances. This method dramatically reduces the corrosivity of the pumped medium, improves the reliability of transport pipelines, increases the environmental characteristics of the method, reduces its metal consumption and operating costs for its implementation, and also reduces the material and energy consumption of the process of subsequent preparation of marketable oil.
