Abstract
FIELD: mining industry, building engineering. SUBSTANCE: vibrating screen-crusher has load-carrying organ with longitudinal grate bars and inertial booster whose debalances are located between grate bars and protrude above them. Load-carrying organ is mounted on shock absorbers. Working surfaces of longitudinal grate bars are made with protrusions disposed at the beginning of zone (it is shown by dotted line) of crushing action of debalances and sloped towards them. Material is subjected to screening and is crushed by debalances. Penetration of outsize material shifting along working surface of grate bars into below gate product is prevented by protrusions. Innovation concerns screening and crushing of mineral resources. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, enhanced quality of screening. 1 cl, 2 dwg
