Abstract

Bottom of internal tube is connected through threaded joint with mud box joined through drilling with external tube bottom. In heating, steam-water mixture goes up in channel between parts of internal tube 11 and external tube 2, passes through holes 17 of coupling 6 and between parts 10 and 1, then it goes to drum. Steam is separated from water as the latter moves in internal tube and through its holes 13 flows to space between parts 11 and 2 of tubes; mud is discharged to mud box space 18. Использование: котлостроение, стационарные транспортные котельные установки с различными теплоносителями. Технический результат: повышение технологичности ухода, ремонта и изготовления котла, предотвращение эксплуатационного снижения КПД и увеличения расхода топлива. Сущность: пучок соосных труб из внешней подъемной с глухой нижней оконечностью и внутренней опускной. Каждая из труб выполнена в диаметрали разъемной, части которых сопряжены: у внешней трубы кольцевой проточкой оконечности, у внутренней - муфтой, установленной на внутреннем выступе внешней трубы. Нижняя оконечность внутренней трубы на резьбе соединена с камерой для сбора шлама, сопряженной проточкой с нижней оконечностью внешней трубы. При нагреве пароводяная смесь поднимается в канале между частями внутренней 11 и внешней 2 труб, проходит отверстия 17 муфты 6 и между частями 10 и 1 труб и поступает в барабан.
