Abstract
FIELD: geological surveying, mining and metallurgical, mining, fuel, chemical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: in the offered method the influence of destabilizing factors is taken into account directly at calibration of the measuring instrument as a constant information parameter of the instrument correlating with the content of elements to be determined. At interpretation of measurement results it allows to determine the content of elements with automatic exclusion of their influence and additionally determine the characteristic values of influence of destabilizing factors. The method provides for determining the radiation intensity of elements in n energy intervals of the spectrum by a spectrometric detector and for determining the content of elements according to a set of interpretational equations that are determined at calibration of the measured instrument by measuring its sensitivity in j-th intervals of the spectrum to each of the i-th elements. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy.
