Heating elements are mounted in external and intermediate spaces; the one installed in intermediate space is free to be transferred to internal space. Heat insulating shield is provided in bottom part of casing. Pipe for water supply to intermediate space is sectionalized; its lower section is detachable to facilitate connection of pipe feeding water to intermediate or internal space. Изобретение относится к энергетике, санитарной технике и отопительно-вентиляционным системам и может быть использовано в различных водогрейных, отопительных устройствах, а также в устройствах для увлажнения, осушки и охлаждения воздуха. Комбинированный водо-и воздухонагреватель содержит бак, состоящий из наружной, внутренней и промежуточной емкостей, кожух, средства нагрева среды, системы подвода холодной воды и отвода воздуха, патрубки для подвода воды в промежуточную емкость и отвода из нее. Нагревательные элементы установлены в наружной и промежуточной емкостях, причем нагревательный элемент в промежуточной емкости выполнен с возможностью переустановки его во внутреннюю емкость. В нижней части кожуха размещен теплоизолирующий щиток. Патрубок для подвода воды в промежуточную емкость выполнен составным, причем его нижняя часть - съемная для присоединения трубки, подводящей воду в промежуточную или внутреннюю емкости.
