Abstract
FIELD: power engineering, production of distilled water and liquid concentrates. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with invention blower is used as source of energy which makes it possible to recover almost completely heat spent for evaporation of water returning it from space of condenser. Exception of source of energy from evaporator and manufacture of finning of evaporator in the form of separable members enable to remove deposits with less labour input. Diminished deposit formation is provided by discharge of water from evaporator on completion of operation and after certain time periods in case of uninterrupted operation of distiller. EFFECT: decreased consumption of energy and water, more convenient removal of deposits.
