Изобретение относится к строительству малогабаритных гаражей. Изобретение решает задачу повышения удобства эксплуатации малогабаритного гаража с поворотной секцией. Использование изобретения позволяет обеспечить стабильность работы механизма уравновешивания поворотной секции, минимизировать усилие открытия и закрытия малогабаритного гаража на всем ходе поворотной секции. Поставленная задача решается следующим образом. Малогабаритный гараж, состоящий из стационарной и поворотной секций, причем поворотная секция установлена относительно стационарной шарнирно с возможностью поворота и телескопической установки, снабжен механизмом уравновешивания поворотной секции, включающим неподвижные блоки, расположенные на стационарной секции, и грузы, висящие на канатах, запасованных в неподвижные блоки и прикрепленных другими концами к поворотной секции. Механизм уравновешивания поворотной секции может состоять из неподвижных блоков, расположенных на стационарной секции, подвижных блоков, расположенных на поворотной секции, и грузов, висящих на канатах, запасованных в неподвижные и подвижные блоки и прикрепленных другими концами к стационарной секции. The problem is solved as follows. A small garage consisting of stationary and rotary sections, the rotary section being installed relatively stationary pivotally with the possibility of rotation and a telescopic installation, equipped with a balancing mechanism of the rotary section, including fixed blocks located on the stationary section, and loads hanging on the ropes stored in fixed blocks and attached to the other ends of the rotary section. The balancing mechanism of the rotary section may consist of fixed blocks located on the stationary section, movable blocks located on the rotary section, and loads hanging on the ropes stored in fixed and movable blocks and attached to the stationary section with other ends.
