Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating sympathico- parasympathic balance index (SPBI) value from R-R interval distribution as ratio of two parameters: mode amplitude (MA) to number of positions (N) forming the distribution. Logarithmic scale is used. R-R interval estimate resolution capacity is defined to be equal to 0.01 s. Positive value and magnitude of the SPBI determine domination and domination measure of sympathic component of organism cardiovascular system, respectively. Negative value and magnitude of the SPBI determine domination and domination measure of parasympathic component of organism cardiovascular system, respectively. R-R interval distribution median frequency (F, Hz) is evaluated. A patient is identified with respect to his individually typological cardiovascular activity specific features by means of two-dimensional plane vector coordinates, where SPBI is the ordinate (conditional units, logarithmic scale), and apex is the R-R interval distribution median frequency (Hz) in (100x5) cardiocycles. Attention distribution level evaluation is carried out by means of modified version of known methods united under the common name of "correction tests". Cardiovascular activity types of an organism are set in correspondence to different time-and- space distributions of human attention in response to stimulation with six-to-eight alternatives. EFFECT: unbiased evaluation of human attention properties.

Usage: medicine, psychophysiology, cardiology. The objective of the invention: objectification of the method for assessing the level of spatio-temporal distribution of human attention to six-, eight-alternative stimulation in connection with the assessment of the individual typological features of the cardiovascular activity of the body. Essence: evaluate the index of sympathetic-parasympathetic balance according to the distribution of R-R-intervals, as the ratio of two parameters: the amplitude of the mode and the number of discharges included in the distribution. The logarithmic scale is used. The resolution of the estimation of R-R-intervals is provided - 0.01 s. The positive value and the value of the sympathetic-parasympathetic balance index (ISPB) determine the predominance and measure of predominance of the sympathetic component of the cardiovascular system, respectively, the negative value and the value of the ISPI indicate the prevalence and measure of predominance of the parasympathetic component of the body, respectively. Estimate the frequency of the median distribution of the R-R intervals (Fme, Hz). The patient is identified with respect to the individual typological features of cardiovascular activity by the coordinates of the vector on a two-dimensional plane, where the ordinate is ISPB (conventional unit, logarithmic scale), and the abscissa is the frequency of the median R-R distribution (Hz) in (100x5) cardiocycles. Assessment of the level of distribution of attention is carried out by means of a modified version of the known methods, united under the general name "proofreading tests." The types of cardiovascular activity of the body are associated with different levels of the spatio-temporal distribution of human attention to six-, eight-alternative stimulation.
