Abstract

FIELD: catalysts and methods of their preparation for processes of effective removal of nitric oxides from effluent gases. SUBSTANCE: the offered catalyst is prepared on the base of iron-containing zeolite of FeZSM-5 type in decationated form of the following composition, mas.%: zeolite FeZSM-5 containing of 0.3-1.6 mas.% of ferric oxide 75-85; calcium oxide 0.1-2.6; silicon dioxide (binder) 17-22. The method of preparation of the offered catalyst includes introduction of iron cations in a definite amount before hydrothermal synthesis of zeolite powder and introduction of calcium oxide at the stage of paste preparation for pelletizing of catalyst with binding material. EFFECT: provision of devising an effective catalyst and method of its preparation for increased cleaning efficiency of effluent gases not only for dry, and wet gas mixtures, but also in the presence of sulfur dioxide acting as strong catalytic poison. 4 cl

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к катализаторам и способам их приготовления для процессов эффективного удаления оксидов азота из отходящих газов. Предлагаемое изобретение решает задачу разработки эффективного катализатора и способа его приготовления за счет увеличения степени очистки отходящих газов, причем не только для сухих и влажных газовых смесей, но и в присутствии двуокиси серы, присутствующей в качестве примеси в большинстве реальных очищаемых газов и действующей как сильный каталитический яд. Это достигается путем использования катализатора на основе железосодержащего цеолита типа FeZSM-5 в декатионированной форме следующего состава: цеолит FeZSM-5, содержащий 0,3 - 1,6 мас.% Fe2O3 75 - 85 мас.%; окись кальция 0,1 - 2,6 мас.%; двуокись кремния (связующее) 17 - 22, и способа его приготовления, включающего введение катионов железа в определенном количестве перед проведением гидротермального синтеза цеолитного порошка и введение окиси кальция на стадии приготовления пасты для грануляции катализатора со связующим материалом.The invention relates to catalysts and methods for their preparation for processes for the effective removal of nitrogen oxides from exhaust gases.
