Abstract

FIELD: chemistry, environmental control. SUBSTANCE: invention considers level of technology in analysis of polychlorinated dibenzo-n-dioxines dibenzophurans and biphenyls. Characteristics of existing methods of analysis are compared with characteristics of method based on new phenomenon combination light scattering enhanced by adsorption or "gigantic". It is demonstrated that "gigantic" combination light scattering spectrometry compares favorably in sensitivity with mass spectrometry by several orders and by degree of isomeric specificity it displays all advantages of oscillatory spectrometry sensitive to molecular structure. Proposed method of analysis of dibenzo-n-dioxines, dibenzophuranes and biphenyls in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions of electrolyte is conducted with the aid of gigantic combination scattering of light spectrometry. EFFECT: improved reliability and authenticity of method.

Claims (1)

Проанализирован уровень техники в области анализа полихлорированных дибензо-п-диоксинов (ПХДД), дибензофуранов (ПХДФ) и бифенилов (ПХЕ). Сопоставлены характеристики существующих методов анализа и метода, основанного на новом явлении усиленного адсорбцией, или "гигантского", комбинационного рассеяния (ГКР) света. Показано, что РКР-спектроскопия по чувствительности превосходит масс-спектрометрию на несколько порядков, а по степени изомерспецифичности обладает всеми преимуществами чувствительной к молекулярной структуре колебательной спектроскопии. Предложен способ анализа ПХДД, ПХДФ и ПХБ в водных и неводвых растворах электролитов с помощью спектроскопии ГКР.The state of the art in the analysis of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDD), dibenzofurans (PCDF) and biphenyls (PCE) is analyzed. The characteristics of the existing analysis methods and the method based on a new phenomenon enhanced by adsorption, or “giant” Raman scattering (SERS) of light, are compared. It was shown that RKR spectroscopy in sensitivity exceeds mass spectrometry by several orders of magnitude, and in terms of isomer-specificity has all the advantages of vibrational spectroscopy, which is sensitive to the molecular structure. A method for the analysis of PCDD, PCDF and PCB in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions of electrolytes using SEC spectroscopy is proposed.
