SUBSTANCE: device to determine concentration of water-and-alcohol solution incorporates capacitive pickup with sensitive element which capacitance depends on dielectric permittivity of water-and-alcohol solution which in its turn is determined by concentration of alcohol in solution, temperature-sensitive element intended for compensation of temperature effect on readings of device, correction circuit, analog-to-digital converter, digital information display and stabilized power supply source. Capacitive pickup can be designed differently, in particular, in the form of generator with variable frequency which master circuit includes capacitor of sensitive element and frequency discriminator connected in series. Voltage across output of discriminator depends on capacitance of sensitive element and consequently on concentration of water-and-alcohol solution. \\1 Предлагаемое устройство предназначено для контроля качества произведенных винно-водочных изделий и состоит из емкостного датчика с чувствительным элементом (ЧЭ), емкость которого зависит от диэлектрической проницаемости водно-спиртового раствора, которая, опеределяется концентрацией спирта в растворе, термодатчика, предназначенного для компенсации влияния температуры на показание устройства, схемы коррекции, аналого-цифрового преобразователя (АЦП), цифрового устройства для отображения информации и стабилизированного источника питания. Емкостный датчик может быть выполнен различным образом, в частности в виде последовательного соединения генератора с перестраиваемой частотой, в задающий контур которого включается емкость ЧЭ, и частотного дискриминатора, напряжение на выходе которого зависит от емкости ЧЭ и, от концентрации водно-спиртового раствора. Использование предлагаемого технического решения позволяет повысить достоверность контроля за счет исключения влияния на результат измерения воздушной прослойки (вертикальное расположение оси сосудов) и учета температуры водно-спиртового раствора. Предлагаемое устройство может быть использовано в автоматизированных системах управления поточными линиями изготовления спиртных напитков, а также в качестве приборов индивидуального пользования с целью контроля качества спиртных напитков, расфасованных в стеклянную тару и поступающих в пункты их реализации.\\ 1 The proposed device is designed to control the quality of the produced wine and vodka products and consists of a capacitive sensor with a sensitive element (SE), the capacity of which depends on the dielectric constant of the water-alcohol solution, which is determined by the concentration of alcohol in the solution, a temperature sensor designed to compensate the influence of temperature on the reading of the device, correction circuit, analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a digital device for displaying information and a stabilized source Ethan. Using the proposed technical solution allows to increase the reliability of control by eliminating the influence on the measurement result of the air gap (vertical arrangement of the axis of the vessels) and taking into account the temperature of the water-alcohol solution. The proposed device can be used in automated control systems of production lines for the manufacture of alcoholic beverages, as well as for personal use devices for the purpose of quality control of alcoholic beverages packaged in glass containers and delivered to points of their sale.
