Abstract

FIELD: electrical engineering, non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processing of scrap and slime of non-ferrous metals. Process of reclamation of lead storage battery consists in break-down of exhausted storage battery, in removal of electrode plates, their melting, casting of new plates, in restoration of positive and negative blocks of electrodes and in final assembly of battery. Characteristic feature of process lies in application of paste from lead oxides on to cast plate, in their drying, connection into blocks and in formation in solution. Paste itself is prepared by processing of lead slime at positive Celsius temperature with solution of hydroxides of alkali metal followed by isolation of precipitate which is brought to ph 6-7 and is subjected to temperature action to produce lead oxides. According to more advantageous version lead slime is recovered from unfit batteries and electrolyte is regenerated by its passing through ion-exchange resin. Technical result lies in increased capacitance of storage batteries and strength of prepared paste and economic efficiency of process is displayed in low consumption of energy for manufacture of paste from lead oxides. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к производству свинцовых аккумуляторов и к цветной металлургии, в частности к переработке лома и шлама цветных металлов. Сущность способа заключается в том, что вскрывают выработавшую ресурс батарею, извлекают электродные пластины, плавят их, выплавляют новые пластины, восстанавливают положительный и отрицательный блоки электродов, после чего производят сборку батареи. При этом восстановление блоков электродов производят нанесением на переплавленные пластины пасты из оксидов свинца, их сушкой, соединением в блоки и формированием в растворе, содержащем сульфат-ионы, а саму пасту изготавливают переработкой свинцового шлама при положительной температуре по Цельсию раствором гидрооксидов щелочного металла с последующим выделением осадка, который доводят до рН 6-7 и подвергают воздействию температуры до получения оксидов свинца. В преимущественном варианте свинцовый шлам извлекают из непригодных батарей, а электролит регенерируют путем пропускания через ионообменную смолу. Техническим результатом является увеличение емкости аккумуляторов и прочности изготавливаемой пасты.
